In this, the 3rd session of her three presentations, Israeli Emissary ,Gali Rabin, will analyze, "The Current Kibbutz Movement in Israel." Gali, who was born and raised on a kibbutz in Central Israel, will discuss changes that the Israel kibbutz movement has experienced since its inception. She is well-positioned to discuss the current status of the Israeli kibbutz and how the tragedy of October 7 has impacted the kibbutzim and their way forward. Gali Rabin has been Upper West Side Senior Shlicha (Emissary) of the New York delegation of the Jewish Agency for Israel to UJA-Federation of NY, since 2022.
